Mirror Factory Audit Verifies Capacity, Catches Packaging Gap

On-site audit confirmed a B2B-found mirror maker's capacity — weak carton and liner packaging now being fixed before ordering.

A Canadian retailer found a mirror manufacturer on a B2B platform but had never visited it and could not confirm if the supplier was a real factory or a trader, or whether its capacity and quality would hold up. Canadian client find us to help them finish these things. Our on-site audit walked the production lines, reviewed processes, capacity and quality control, and checked the business license and relevant certification documents in stead of our Canadian client. They no need to flight to China and pay so much money for this inspection. We shadowed the line, sampled output, and sent the client floor photos and video. Capacity verified OK, but the cartons and inner liners used to pack the mirrors were substandard. Packaging is being re-engineered and must pass a drop test before the order is placed.
